You may have a point with the character thing, but you really shouldn't continually assert that he "lied under oath" when there is inadequate evidence to draw that conclusion. You can maybe claim some of his statements were sketchy, but there's nothing that proves them false as far as I can tell. Claims that "his classmate said such and such which contradicts with his statement" is counteracted by the fact other classmates have backed up his statements. Deciding to believe the classmates that happen to support your preconceived narrative is simply confirmation bias.

Kavanaugh had already lied to congress back in his 2006 confirmation process to the DC circuit court when questioned about his role in crafting the illegal torture laws as carried out by the Bush administration. He lied on several occasions at that hearing which in and of itself should have disqualified his even being nominated for a SC seat, and Mitch McConnell knew that which is why he tried to convince the president not to nominate him in the first place. He also lied to congress, under oath, about silly things, but things that would have lent credibility to Dr. Fords testimony regarding Kavanaughs character, such as the meaning of dolphin alumnus, devils triangle, boofing. So, yes he lied, and he lied previously, in 2006 which in either case is disqualifying, regardless of what he was lying about.

We don't know this because it was quite deliberately never followed up by those desperate to get Kavanaugh confirmed come what may. This is the TRUTH and the FACTS. The investigation against Kavanaugh was deliberately circumvented ny the WH and the Senate Committee.

I can't recall their names any longer but there was more than one aquaintance of his who implied that he blacked out. You can't prove someone to have blacked out, but you can infer it from his lack of memory the next day and that's all they were doing. I don't think that Kavanaugh and his friend Judge actually intended to rape Dr Ford, but I do think that the event occured, that they did assault her, that Dr. Ford believed that they intended to rape her, and that Kavanaugh lied about the incident ever having occured. Kavanaughs character, his penchant for lying under oath, and his own temperment under questioning from Congress is what should have disqualified him as a SC Justice regardless of his youthful activities.

Nobody rejected her accusations concerning the incident itself, there was no one there to witness it accept for herself, Kavanaugh, and Judge. Besides that, the question is whether or not Kavanaugh is fit to be confirmed to a lifetime seat on the SC. His lying under oath, regardless of the facts of Dr. Fords accusation itself, is disqualifying.
