...I guess George Soros must be getting pretty poor now paying all these people (and all the people at the Women's March).

Hogg is a fine young man, anyone with a son like that should be proud.

I question the wisdom of suggesting a violent response to a victim of a school shooting.

I question the wisdom of minimizing student contributions, first and foremost because marginalizing the students can only lead to marginalizing their undeniably valid concerns. Or so you'd think. Immediately after the MSD shootings, crisis actor conspiracy videos rocketed to the top of the YouTube charts. "It's not really the students" arguments open the door wide to objectionable allies.

There's also the "bad math" issue. David Hogg has half a million followers on twitter alone. Emma has over a million. The support from tinseltown is a consequence of the strength of these students' voices, not conversely.

The NRA host was factually correct. If not for his dead classmates, David Hogg would never have showed up on TV.
"We're children," the senior said live on CNN. "You guys are the adults. You need to take some action and play a role. Work together. Come over your politics and get something done."

This is what David's actually said, and he's right. And he's wonderfully polite about it. Imagine if he said what needs to be said.

                  Freedom is killing our children.

There was a clear suggestion that David deserved to have his ears slapped back, which, considering the context, was indeed outrageous. If there's any place where cursing and obscenity is best overlooked, it's from a school shooting victim in the aftermath of a school shooting.

I question the wisdom of physically attacking children, in general. It teaches them to behave out of fear, rather than principle, and inevitably leads to a belief that once they grow big enough, they should feel free to impose their will by force rather than to persuade by reason. And in the end, it teaches little more than to be more sneaky to avoid getting caught.

I listened to a number of these kids from the school, and I personally know parents from Sandy Hook, a town I used to live in. I have no problem with them, I see Hogg as no more than a self adsorbed opportunist. A useful tool of the reactionary left.

Thank you Dr. Spock, but I raised two boys who are good men, good fathers and respectful, who in the course of younger years I had to spank now and then.

In the part you snipped off from my post MTV made it clear that it wasn't "their" bus but rather that they partnered with the NAACP and several celebutards to provide them. And looking at the ages, it's pretty obvious some of the ones you call students are anything but. And since it was 17 buses I'll bet the list you provided was anything but complete.

Then you have another group of Hollyweird's elite kicking in $500,000 each.

And the offhand remark by "Lisa" that MSNBC helped her and her friends (yeah, I know. Assuming gender) get to the rally.

And these are just the ones I happened across (I haven't been looking for reports of outside support and sponsoring).

Just imagine how the MSM would report all this if it were for a pro-Trump rally or Tea Party protest.

True, if the shooting had just taken place. But since it was over a month ago now at what point does he stop getting a pass for his toxic potty mouth?

You do understand the difference between "student led" and "student funded," right? As has been said several times, I have seen no real claim that there has been no adult involvement, and I don't see a problem if there is - except in the need for the right to figure out how best to defame these kids...
The ultimate weakness of violence is that it is a descending spiral begetting the very thing it seeks to destroy...returning violence for violence multiplies violence, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. Martin Luther King

I would unite with anybody to do right and with nobody to do wrong. Frederick Douglas
