  • Two shots of AT&T stadium around kickoff last night where the Dallas Cowboys hosted the Washington Redskins in one of football's bigger rivalries.

Keep in mind, when Dallas was having a much worse year in 2015 the attendance averaged 91.5%. These don't look anything close to that.

            That's embarrassing.

I've notice that in television coverage of NFL games, they try very hard to not show the stands.

They learned that from covering Hillary's rallies.

              • Attendance is up this season from last boys, thats all we know. You can find sparse crowds at certain stadiums on any given Sunday of any year for any particular reason, but the fact remains that attendance is up slightly from last year. But keep hope alive!

Also keep in mind that this is a Thursday night game (usually the least well-attended), and that it would be vastly more helpful if we had apples to compare to apples - at what points in the game are the most people typically in the stands, and what does attendance look like then?

It's awesome how you don't even bother to support your assertion with a (misread) source this time, and throw in a gratuitous insult to boot.

                    I'm totally convinced.

I thought you were just arguing that you couldn't tell what the attendance was until next year?

It has already been pointed out multiple times that the source you provided doesn't say what you think it says.

What you won't know with any certainty Sparko is if your boycott against the nfl had any effect until next year. You're not proving anything by showing some sparsely filled stadiums which can be shown in any particular year for any particular team. Fact is ticket sales are up this year, if they go down next year then you can make an argument that its all because of the boycott of conservative crackpots, but that's not a legitimate argument right now. Keep hope alive though!

Yeah, actually it does say what I think it does. You're just hoping that the alternative possiblity that it speaks of is a reality.

The whole point your source made was that ticket sales /= actual attendance.
