Arthritis in the spine is supposed to be the reason his gait is so stiff and been blamed for his numerous trips and stumbles.

When my back hurts after standing a long time I grasp my hands together behind my back, turn the elbows inward, bend completely over at the waist while lifting my arms as far up and away from the body as possible. If you're relatively flexible and can lift your arms up far enough, they pop the same vertebrae that adjust when someone lifts you up from behind while you cross your arms.

That said, back when I sent that link to you a couple weeks back, there was a video circulating of old Joe and "Dr" Jill walking across what appears to be the White House lawn where old Joe stops and slightly bends forward that had some saying old Joe pooped himself. The main thing supporting it was "Dr" Jill's reaction. The look on her face as she quickly turned away and started walking off in a different direction as if to say "hell no, I'm not cleaning it up again."

I'm not going to watch a nearly half hour video to see if this is the same instance.

Your hero, the treasonous ex-president, Trump and 2024 candidate on the other hand refused to even go to the cemetery because it was drizzling out (even though all the members of his entourage went) and as an ever further show of his disrespect, for both the men and their cause, our cause, he called them suckers and losers and asked the ignorant question "and all for what."
That's your guy seer, the kind of man you respect enough to want as your President. In my view, that support in and of itself is quite a pathetic show of your own disrespect!!!

The trick I use is to plant one foot higher than the other (when possible). I had a standing desk for a while at my job, and although it was good for circulation, standing for long periods did a number on my lower back. I found that having a 18-inch-tall wooden box nearby to rest one foot on relieved a lot of my lower-back muscle tension. I would just alternate which foot I'd have elevated after 20-30 minutes. I was able to go a much further distance while standing.

ETA: My wife is insisting that the box I used was greater than two feet high. Maybe. I suppose the benefit would depend on both the height of the person and the height of the elevation.

"Other reports." LOL. The report came from John Kelly, who was Trump's Chief of staff, along with four other of his accompanying staff at the time of the visit. And if you had a thinking brain of your own, you'd have realized how stupid the excuses, the so called"other reports" that you readily swallowed, were.
