And by that, I mean they did something that sent shockwaves through a local Massachusetts community, stunned the local school board, and sent the liberal media into meltdown mode. THought I should also note that the school in question held no commemoration or observation of Memorial Day but had been pushing this Pride stuff, which fueled some of the discontent from what I hear.

As noted this was a Middle School [and I understand the age range for most Middle Schools in the USA is 11-13 years] so perchance, as the article states, this is what kids do [often to get a reaction from adults] and not everyone has to go along with the majority. Storms in thimbles comes to mind.
