"I am not angered that the Moral Majority boys campaign against abortion. I am angry when the same men who say, "Save OUR children" bellow "Build more and bigger bombers." That's right! Blast the children in other nations into eternity, or limbless misery as they lay crippled from "OUR" bombers! This does not jell." - Leonard Ravenhill

You could have put an eggplant up against Hillary and it would get 25% of the vote.
I didn't know you were rewriting history already!!
Sanders has big positive appeal. Without Democrat rigging, he had good chance to hijack Dem party (just like Trump with Reps).Remember that you are dust and to dust you shall return.

Hillary however was quite popular among registered Democrats (just not among anyone else). So during the Democratic primaries, most primary voters polled said they liked both Hillary and Bernie. Unfortunately voters in that primary largely refused to admit what the polls were saying: That among the rest of the people in America, who weren't voting in that primary but who would be voting in the general election, that Hillary was massively disliked, while Bernie was well-liked. I tried to explain that to some of the Hillary fans at the time, but they threw their toys out of the cot and screamed 'Bernie Bros' rather than listen to reason, and Paul Krugman spent the entire primary in his NYT column trying to break his own personal records for saying the dumbest things possible about how amazing he thought Hillary was and how terrible he thought Bernie was for no sane reasons.
Sanders will presumably sail to presidential victory in 2020 given his popularity, assuming he's still alive at the time. I think the only thing that would prevent that is if Elizabeth Warren runs and he does a deal with her. Would be great to see a Sanders & Warren ticket though."I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump

It would have been interesting to see him win though.
I wonder if he'd be having the same issues as Trump but opposite.Actually YOU put Trump in the White House.
