The Republican nominee will almost certainly be more pro-Israel than old Joe is so I don't see them switching to them. And I'm not aware of any Third Party candidate who has been running on a pro-Hamas plank.

Yes, but these polls are the daytime polling numbers. They tend to change dramatically during the wee hours of the morning when everybody is asleep. The when you wake up ... Voila! Biden wins again.

I'm not really surprised, even without a conspiracy.

The reality is that during the last election cycle, voting methodology became a partisan issue in and of itself. Republicans went full tilt anti-mail/early voting, and democrats went full tilt for it. So, the WAY you voted actually became (to many people) just as much an expression of their political alignment as the bumper sticker on their car, or their stance on censoring social media.

This will naturally lead to a situation where in-person voting is dominated by republicans, and mail votes dominated by democrats. In person voting is tabulated fairly easily, quickly, and in near real time. Where mail ballots may not even be allowed to be counted until after the polls close. This will create the situation you just described, no cheating necessary even if it feels off.

Wouldn't you expect that to be the other way around? Mail-in votes are available earlier for counting, so why are those counted at 3 am?

I am one of those quasi-conspiracy people. I think there were shenanigans during the last election in a couple/few high-profile precincts, but not enough to affect the overall election.

As CD noted, many jurisdictions don't allow votes to be counted until the polls close. Mail-in paper ballots take far longer to count than those tabulated by voting machines.

I'm saying that policy (assuming it's accurate) is silly. The ballots are already there, they aren't going to change, so the mail-in counting should begin on polling day while people are still voting in person.

I suspect they want to prevent one side from leaking results in hopes of suppressing the vote.

If that was the case, the mail-in ballots should have already been in-house and not dropped off by the truckload in the early hours of the morning.

Since we know multiple people in some of the highest positions of government and media all from different walks of life would go out of their way to suppress a laptop story in a way that it almost looked coordinated in order to ensure Biden's election all because of TDS, then I have no problem believing a similar incident happened with the ballots. It may not have been coordinated, but it was driven by such extreme hatred of a presidential candidate that it almost looked coordinated on a national level.
