All women should participate in the march -- just not those women.

The organizer's claim that it represents women of all backgrounds sure rings hollow as a result of this.

I'm always still in trouble again

RATS!!! Because of the rollback, we lost a bunch of pearls of wisdom from JimL.

Perhaps he'll repost, cause I was actually going to amen one of them, and agree that, technically, he was right about something.

The Women's March is not just to promote feminism but also to question Trump's legitimacy as president given, the high jinks surrounding his election. And it has been stunningly successful. An estimated half a million people joined the March on Washington the day after Donald Trump was sworn in as the 45th President of the US. This movement will not be going away any time soon.

You are delusional, Tazzy... but that's what makes you so lovable.

Here's a picture showing all the trash they left behind. Nice to see their concern for the environment, I thought liberals loved the environment.

Perhaps the organizers asked them to leave all the signs in that particular area so they could be gathered up and recycled? They seem to be cardboard anyway, so it would be biodegradable and wouldn't matter where it went as far as the environment is concerned.

Estimates seem to be about 2.5 million nationwide across the US. So roughly 8 times as many people as attended Trump's inauguration. And getting close to 1 in every 100 people in the entire US protesting simultaneously.

There were also linked protests here in NZ, New Zealand leads global marches in defence of women's rights after Donald Trump's inauguration, though the attendance rates were ~1 in 1000 citizens unlike the 1:100 rates seen in the US.
"I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump
"Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism" - George Orwell
"[Capitalism] as it exists today is, in my opinion, the real source of evils. I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy" - Albert Einstein

Yep, they expect mummy and daddy government to clean up after them. After all cleaning up trash is obviously a man's job.

Yeah I'm sure they'll biodegrade in a matter of hours just like Spiderman's web formula.

And in my home town of Sydney as well. "US President Donald Trump's inauguration had an immediate impact on thousands of Sydneysiders who marched through the city to protest against 'hatred and bigotry'. Organisers of the Sydney Women's March estimated 8000-10,000 attended the Saturday event, which started at Hyde Park and ended in Martin Place.

This is not quite "the movement" Trump thought he was starting.

The same people who said Trump would never win the Republican nomination, and even if he did, wouldn't get it, and had about ZERO chance of winning the presidency, and demanded the recounts, and all the pollsters, and you crybaby drama queens.

Yeah, typical liberal elitists who think others should do their work. We want clean environment - so YOU clean up after us.

Honestly, Starlight, that's not some of your better work.
