    I exceeded mine.

For my height and bone structure, I should be between 175 lbs and 195 lbs. Whenever I get above 195 I feel really sluggish. Right now I am 200 lbs.

If I can get back to 180 lbs I'd be really happy, but it's hard as people get older. I used to be able to skip a meal or two and drop 5 lbs. Not anymore.

I think one of the problems is that carbs are so much cheaper and more abundant than protein. I do better when I eat more fish and chicken (grilled not fried) but it's so much easier, quicker and cheaper to get a burger and fries.
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Fortunately, I'm not a fan of burgers. In fact, I would be happier as a vegetarian but my family and on-the-road lifestyle make that really difficult.

Since my diet has been pretty consistent through the years, I can only think that exercise is what's lacking. I know that has tapered off recently.
