Luke 21:24 (KJV): "And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled."
I don't see a free Jerusalem lying around anywhere ... seems that at least part of the city (and notably the temple mount) is still under non-Jewish control.
εως by itself isn't particularly clear cut - the nuance being much the same as "not before" or "until after". εως οτου, "until the time" - that is a different matter.
Jerusalem will be trodden down until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled: "constantly" or "unrelentingly" is not part of the context for that "will be" ... so trying to work out whether "the times of the gentiles have been fulfilled" would like trying to determine whether a volcano is dormant or extinct.
EDIT:
But the word is αχρι, not εως, so "for so long as it remains the time of the gentiles".
