You need to load in modules (also free) Mickelson's Enhanced Strong's Dictionary, Byzantine Majority Texts, MLSJ Intermediate Greek-English lexicon (LSJ is better but harder to use). Also recommended Septuagint, Textus Receptus, Septuagint in English, and a couple of versions of English Language Bibles ... and other languages as appropriate.
stuff to buy - BDAG (not the abridged TDNT - it isn't worth the money and aggravation), some versions of the Bible. Free commentaries aren't considered scholarly resources - better to buy one if you insist on having such things.
