OK, so I have been on a quest for a good whitefish to bake at home for my occasional "gotta have some fish" attacks.
I have tried some that have seemed a bit gummy when baked, and some seemed too heavily breaded. Some tasted too "fishy" (does beef ever taste "too beefy"?) and others just seemed to dry out when cooked as directed.
I have found the best bad option so far... Gorton's Pub-Style Beer Battered Cod.
Naturally, it's rootbeer, not REAL beer, cause I'm a Baptist.

The criteria: Something frozen that can be baked in an oven and actually tastes like real fish.
