Lobby Guidelines

You've made it through the revolving doors and now you can mingle and mill about. If you feel like spamming, please head down the hall to the right to the RecRoom. But, if you'd like to meet people, chat about nothing in particular, you know...have polite conversation that doesn't seem to fit easily into any of the other rooms, this is the place!

The Lobby is not for serious debates, there are other areas for those types of conversations. It is more for relaxed chatting or discussing things that don't fit elsewhere. Politics, religion and philosophy have their own place on the site

            I've probably have had about a dozen or two Trick or Treaters here where I currently live since moving here in 1990. For quite some time there were few families here (either older people or college kids) but that has changed in recent years but now it has been around 8 years since the last one. I don't even buy a bag of candy any more.

            I wonder if it has anything to do with the bi-weekly fires and/or explosions

                We have never even had a kid come to the door. Well years ago we had friends bring their little one, but we were prepared for that.

                    I only had four kids! I had three pumpkins on my porch, and not one of them was smashed! What is wrong with boys today! In my day there would not have been one pumpkin left alive in my neighborhood!
