that's NOT how we do things here.

We only give money to rich folks because they have bigger expenses, bigger mortgages and expensive stuff.
Like the rich folks who run Bank of America, JP Morgan & Chase, and Wells Fargo and Citigroup and Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs and Bank of New York Mellon Corp and others.

The lower 90% people still have cable so they can make do, they are more used to being broke anyway. There's always hot dogs and bologna and bread on sale.

Finland does have a higher quality people, at least if you measure it by PISA scores. Some people worth investing in, some not so much.

We do have a universal basic income. It's called the minimum wage. The catch, of course, is that you have to actually work for it.
