    "climate justice?"

Hoo-boy. Now they will tar and feather anyone who disagrees with them. Or maybe they will bring back burning at the stake to get justice.

"Thou art accused of carbon loosing! Confess! Do you deny the AGW godhead? Burn witch!"

Or maybe they could bring back the old witch dunking test. If the accused weighs less than a pile of carbon he is a witch, but if he weighs more and drowns, then he has successfully exchanged his life for carbon credits and although he has drowned he is vindicated as a true believer!

Burn people? Nah, they would not do that. The method of execution that has the least impact on the climate?

        lol....
Atheism is the cult of death, the death of hope. The universe is doomed, you are doomed, the only thing that remains is to await your execution...

Science is settled in the courtroom these days. This may get there too.
Micah 6:8 He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

              "Climate Justice" is a hoot.

A few prominent climate scientist heads on pikes outside the climatology department might cool their ardor a little bit, maybe they'll even start using normal people words again.

AGW has become a religion, not a science.

Climate change will inevitably get to court but not to decide the science but to decide who is going to pay the compensation.

right. the third world will make the first world pay for global warming...?

it will never happen. You know why? Because if it every came to that, I bet that all of a sudden they will "find" science that proves global warming was never a problem in the first place.

Sounds like a 'think tank' doesn't want to pay people to publish views they disagree with. Wouldn't conservative 'think tanks' do the same thing? Should the Pope hire a spokesperson to advocate against papal infallibility? Well, yes, but unfortunately it doesn't happen that often.

                        Indisputable.

I just wanted to present the quote recorded at the bottom of the OP.

Yes, it is a good quote. It may sound all to familiar to theologians who have gotten in hot water with the Vatican!

The only possible excuse the industrialised countries will have is that if, when they discovered the problem they did their best to fix it. The deniers are working to obfuscate and cover up the wrongdoing which might make a legal defence more difficult in the long term.
