If Trump gets these governors and mayor's to accept help, he wins.
If it doesn't stop, it's on Joe's doorstep, they won't be able to change the blame, they already blame Joe and the Democrats.
Maybe if Joe got Nancy to crack the whip on these Democrat mayors and govenors, bring in the big bad scary troops and shut it down, it would help his cause.
