It wasn't just Germany. France also blocked export of anti-virus gear. And yesterday the Czech Republic, Malta and Slovakia all announced they will close off their borders to fellow EU member states (with some exceptions, Slovakia is still allowing travel to and from Poland for example) and others are reintroducing border controls and Air France is refusing to fly to Italy. Spain has also suspended flights to Italy and thousands of travelers are now stranded in Spanish airports as other countries prohibit flights departing from Barcelona and Madrid (IIRC, Spain has the second highest number of confirmed cases in Europe).Originally posted by demi-conservative View Post
