As noted - my mistake. Same question: do you think the WHO was intentionally lying?
You have an odd way of counting time. The earliest case is believed to have happened on November 17th, but we didn't know THAT until early March. Before then we thought the outbreak began in December. The first documented notification we have from China to the WHO dates to 12/30, and it references a cluster of pneumonia cases of unknown origin. The WHO made its incorrect announcement, based on information provided by China, in mid-January. So we have documented evidence of a couple of weeks, and it may have been a month (though we have no evidence of that), but we have no evidence of "months."
Someone repeating a lie is not necessarily lying. They are only lying if they repeat the lie knowing it is untrue. Again - do you believe the WHO intentionally lied?
I have said nothing about China lying nor have I attempted to excuse it away. China's lying is indefensible, and I have been clear about that. You appear to be constructing yet another strawman, or possibly intentionally lying about what I said.
