"Um, and uh, and I'm not, and I, I have a, I have a, uh, like all of you but every day I get between an hour and an hour and a half brief with um, uh, the former head of, our former surgeon general, anyway, with docs across the country, um ..." Biden said.

It sounds like Joe Biden is retaining a lot of useful information in those briefings.

Go to the Flynn thread for those specifics. I'm only looking at how much Biden is becoming a liability for the Dems now during the election. Not only is his mind not working, not only is he a potential rapist, but now his name may be floating around a potential senate investigation. That's a whole lot of ammo to give to the Trump campaign team that I don't think the Dems are going to risk.
