    Here's one of Giuliani's interviews:

Little George never knew what hit him. He kept trying to get Giuliani off track by interrupting the flow of his argument with irrelevant asides and "gotcha" questions, but Giuliani shut him down. Joe is running scared. Why else would he demand that the media stop talking to Giuliani?

During the interview, George Staphylococcus floated the "But Shokin is corrupt!" narrative, but Giuliani immediately shot back, "Where's the proof that he's corrupt?" and George didn't have an answer!

SOP when the MSM interviews a conservative. They interrupt to challenge them pretty much after every sentence (although they might get two in if they talk fast and they're short). Compare that to how a liberal gets interviewed. Aside from usually getting nothing but softballs they are given time to pontificate as much as they want and only get interrupted due to time constraints.

I'm always still in trouble again

That's why that particular clip is so much fun to watch. Giuliani steamrolled over the host, and little George couldn't figure out how to take back control of his own show!

After extensive searching, I can't find anyone who has anything good to say about Shokin. And with respect to Burisma and Zlochevsky, everyone says he was hindering the probe.

Why Was Ukraine's Top Prosecutor Fired? The Issue At The Heart Of The Dispute Gripping Washington
              By Christopher Miller
              September 24, 2019 13:31 GMT
Trump and his allies, including his personal lawyer, Rudolph Giuliani, the former mayor of New York, accuse Biden of using his position as vice president and point man on relations with Kyiv in 2016 to help Burisma -- a Ukrainian energy company that was paying Biden's son Hunter, who was on its board of directors -- avoid damage from a criminal investigation.

They assert that Shokin was overseeing an active criminal investigation into Burisma and that Biden at the time told Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that the United States would withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees unless Shokin was fired.

But Ukrainian prosecutors and anti-corruption activists with knowledge of the matter argue that the timeline of developments in the Burisma case and Shokin's stint as chief prosecutor simply does not fit the narrative being put forward by Trump and his allies.

Moreover, they say that Shokin himself was the biggest obstacle standing in the way of the investigation.

Yeah, Georgie stammered out something about "He was forced to resign because he was corrupt!" which, if you'll notice, is a begged question, so not an answer, and Giuliani immediately set the record straight: "He resigned because President Obama forced him to."

I still look back to the days when I was driving with my family through the Ozarks, and heard him as Governor of Arkansas on a talk radio show.... Had never heard of him before, but I would have sworn he was a conservative's conservative. He sounded incredibly informed, positive, pro-family, pro-Christian, pro-Second Amendment...

This was back when Bill and Hill were FOR traditional family and AGAINST abortion and homosexuality, before they were switched sides.

I've mentioned it before, but in my former life as a television news photographer, I had the opportunity to cover one of Clinton's inaugural balls that kicked off his second term as president. When Bill and Hillary showed up sometime after midnight and said a few words to the crowd, the reporter I was working with, another staunch conservative, turned to me and said, "He's so darn likeable, isn't he?"
