For one thing, it's right there in the reply Mueller made to Barr's public summary. It didn't fully capture the context, nature, or substance of the special councils work and conclusions. Try, if you can, and think about those words MM, what they mean. Second, Mueller's report did not exonerate the president or his administration, and he reported multiple instances of obstruction on the part of the president. And if you weren't so dumb, you would see that the obstruction and cover-up is ongoing still. But I don't ever expect that to sink into that thick skull of yours.
As far as Mueller not exonerating Trump, so what? He's a prosecutor. They don't have the authority to issue an exoneration because everyone is assumed innocent until proven otherwise, and if a person is never charged with a crime in the first place then there's nothing to be exonerated from.
As I've said before, if a prosecutor stands before a judge and says, "Your honor, I can not conclude that the defendant committed any crimes, but I can't exonerate him either," the next words out of the judge's mouth will be "Not guilty."Some may call me foolish, and some may call me odd

Near as I can tell, the investigation was founded on fake documents implicating Trump in nefarious activities, which was stated in the investigation's own findings. In short, someone tried to frame Trump, and it back-fired. I don't know if the investigation found that some of the media were complicit in attempting to frame Trump, but many of the some's own reports make it difficult to believe otherwise.1Cor 15:34 Come to your senses as you ought and stop sinning; for I say to your shame, there are some who know not God.
