    It's a collusion collision.
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Because he and Shifty Adam Schiff met before the hearing to go over the talking points.

Cohen perjured himself before congress in 2017. Do you REALLY legitimitely think that Donald Trump is honest given the documents that back Cohen's claims in this 2019 testimony? Collusion Charges aside. On other issues with the campaign finance.

What documents that back which claims? Even some of the liberal commentators I've heard acknowledged that he fell way short of substantiating any of his claims.

Cohen was convicted for lying about campaign finance details to cover up the sketchy issues with the Trump campaign. He the provided some documentation to back his new testimony to Congress. My problem is that it would be silly to bury one's head under a pillow and pretend that Trump didn't know about hush money and other things along those lines being paid with his campaign $$ especially if there was an apparent paper trail. Not to mention Trump has put Cohen down for saying he was willing to cooperate. That is simply not the way anyone without guilt behaves at all.

IIRC he agreed to plead guilty to what he was told to plead guilty to regardless if there was evidence of wrongdoing in that particular matter. So where are all these documents you keep saying existed? As I noted even liberal pundits have admitted he provided little if any corroboration for his charges.

Lets see... Trump is rich. Someone bought a painting of him. He may have exaggerated his wealth at times. And Cohen who was his lawyer for something like a decade had copies of a couple checks made out to him. smiley hair-fire.gif

Actually that was about the point my eyes glazed over with boredom at all this earthshaking "evidence" smiley yawn.gif

If you're referring to the payments to Stormy Daniels, there's no legal teeth there.

It was always dumb to believe Trump would be impeached over a stupid campaign finance violation. The idea being that Trump not reporting his perfectly legal decision to pay hush money to a couple of blackmailing porn stars with his own money is illegal.

Well, even if this was a campaign finance violation, it would only mean a fine. But on Wednesday, Cohen testified it was not a campaign finance violation when he said the following:https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...ll-wrongdoing/

A different slew of experts and lawyers have noted that if the payment was for the express purpose of supporting the campaign for president, then it violates campaign finance law. Apparently, this is up for debate.

                                Yes, but...

The case against John Edwards was much stronger on this account, but he was still found not guilty.
