      Again? But I disagree.

I don't know where I ever claimed I was "fair and balanced."
When you claim to get your news sources from a wide variety of sources (that's good) and imply (or, perhaps I infer) that you're, for the most part, nonpartisan.

Everyone has a political stance, and I am no different. As I've noted many times, I lean (strongly) left socially, and more right fiscally. I don't need to "admit" anything. Much as I like you, CP, whether or not you think I am a "partisan hack" is a subject of indifference to me. Think what you will. It really doesn't change who and what I actually am one iota.
That's a pretty stout retort for somebody supposedly indifferent.

I shall note, however, that you "admit" to being a leftist.

I know you do, CP, but you're simply wrong. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you have not seen the threads I started and/or participated in that focused on flat taxes (mostly advocated for by Republicans and the right), the need to minimize regulations (again, an example of a what I agree with and a how I do not), and to create a balanced budget (advocated for by the far right - but this is one that is lately given lip service to by both parties, and then ignored by both parties when they gain power), to name a few.

You infer. I do not imply. My reason for going to a wide variety of sources is not because I am "nonpartisan." I am very partisan, depending on what subject we're talking about. Less partisan on other subjects. I go to a wide variety of sources because I don't want to live in a bubble constantly being fed the same partisan crap. If there is something wrong with my thinking, I am not usually going to learn about it by reading sources that agree with me. I am more likely to discover it by reading widely and from multiple sources.

Who one earth ever claimed to be "indifferent?" You seem to be stuffing a lot of words into my mouth, and then patting yourself on the back for your cleverness.

You're "note" is duly noted, and (as I have noted multiple times) only partially correct.

Um... no, which is why I replied so briefly in my prior post. It is what it is.

Yes - I am indifferent to your assessment. I thought you were claiming that I claimed indifference to political issues. My mistake if you meant otherwise.

And what it is isn't what you think it is or would be if you thought about what it might be if it were.

That all depends on what the meaning of "is" is.
