I find it interesting how Ignorant Roy seems so intent on living up to his nickname.

By the way, that's not my claim, that what's Roche himself said.

          • I was fortunate with my college roommates, but given my natural reclusiveness I can imagine living with a roommate that I knew very little about. That doesn't seem that far-fetched to me.

Except that said roomate said that he did know Kavanaugh well enough to know that he was a heavy drinker who couldn't control himself when drunk.

                • I had two roommates my freshman year, and I can't even tell you their last names. We spent most of the time outside of our rooms, had our own circle of friends that we hung out with, and only ever saw each other in passing. So I can say with a straight-face that I did not know either of my roommates personally.

The person trolling calling me a troll is the one trolling, how funny your lack of self awareness is. Most actual humans define knowing someone personally knowing more than their names and a few details about them. Try again troll boy.

plus like OBP said, if the senators get to ask questions, then the democrats can stall even more and pontificate and praise her for her bravery and all that stuff while not actually asking her anything.

I don't find it at all interesting that you habitually construe MM's words in the worst possible light in order to find something to nitpick - even when your construal is obviously ruled out by immediate context, as in this case. Get a life, Roy.

Meh. JimL has abundantly proven that he couldn't care less about being taken seriously here. When he actually backs up his bald assertions, I'll pay more attention.

However, doing so would inherently draw a ton of attention, and likely criticism, on yourself. If that's the case, there weren't really any good options for her. She even sent the letter well before the hearings, and if it was handled then there would have likely been less of this "circus", but Feinstein decided to sit on it for months before doing anything with it.
And yet she said nothing about it for decades and never mentioned Kavanaugh till now. He has been a federal judge for a long while and even been in the news previously. Why not stop him before he became a federal judge? The timing is too convenient. The details too fuzzy. There is no corroborating evidence that supports her story. All supposed witnesses have actually DENIED the alleged facts. The is nothing credible about this woman or her story.
