I really think Diane Feinstein thought the anonymous letter would be a kill-shot in and of itself, but when that didn't work, they had to raise the stakes with the accuser identifying herself, and when that didn't work, they had to raise the stakes again by having the accuser make a show of wanting to testify under oath, but it seems that this obvious patsy of the Democrat party is unwilling to "take one for the team" by committing perjury.

Kavanaugh, if innocent, should actually want this allegation investigated in order to erase the asterisk that will forever be associated with his judgeship, yet he doesn't want it investigated. That itself is incriminating. But it isn't as if an investigation would be delaying the process for over a year as was the case with republicans regarding Justice Merrick Garland.

Also, considering that even the accuser can't say when or where the alleged assault happened, and that every single witness named by the accuser has gone on record to deny the allegations, just where do you think an investigation should begin? Where's the probable cause? Where's the actionable evidence that would compel an inquiry? Very simply, it doesn't exist!
