School prayers, even if not requiring compulsive attendance, imply that Christianity is the established or preferred religion of the USA, which is contrary to the Constitution. Those that choose to opt out will inevitably be relegated to secondary status within the school community and this is unacceptable.

Again Tass, no, it is not contrary to what the Constitution ACTUALLY says. And when Jehovah Witnesses (and others) opt out of the morning pledge of allegiance are they relegated to secondary status? And since I went to school when there teacher lead (which was actually at the discretion of the teacher, some did and some didn't) was being practiced I would say that your argument is unfounded. No one really cared if a kid did joined in or not.

Ahhh...it was not a suggestion. It was one of a list of alternatives you could follow to resolve your problem. The point is, you don't have to be a victim - you have choices. You may not have all the choices you want to have, but you have choices. I find it a bit entitled to accuse the rest of your citizens of practicing tyranny or fascism because you don't have access to the specific choice you want to have. That strikes me as a bit entitled.

It's a play on the meme - so, yeah, you don't literally "keep" using that word, but it's interesting to me, none the less, that "entitled" has come to mean a bad thing. There are a number of things to which we are legitimately entitled.
