It seems unlikely, which means that every piece of evidence gained from the surveillance is legally inadmissible in court, and since Mueller's entire investigation is based on information gathered because of these warrants, it means he's dead in the water.

I don't know that it's the end of the line, but Mueller's certainly facing an uphill battle to proceed. How much of his investigation depends directly or indirectly on the dossier? It appears at least a significant chunk does.
