    This is correct.

No, asexual people are simply people who have no interest in sexual activity.

Like any single person should be doing?
      Oh really, why?

so if they are completely NON sexual, then why would they want to be included in a list of sexual orientations. That would be like a atheist club being listed in a religious directory.

          OK

Because sex outside of marriage is a sin.

They don't want to feel left out?

What is the "norm" among any number of people doesn't matter. It is what the bible says. It is not a popularity contest.

You're re-defining words. What you're trying to say is "extra-relational" or adulterous sex is not helpful to a relationship.
But that's not what you said. You said single people should not be having sex, that's no longer the norm even among Christians.
                  THAT is extra-marital sex.
It strikes me as prima facie absurd that people would engage in reproductive acts with the fear that reproduction might result. Yes, I know it's the norm in the West these days; that doesn't make it any less absurd.

Kinda like sowing your wild oats Friday and Saturday night and then praying for crop failure Sunday morning?

Might as well post a bit of an update on this. Chelsea Manning's run ended with a bit of a whimper, scoring a mere 5.7% of the primary votes. I suppose that's technically second place (there were 8 candidates running), but it's a pretty far cry from the 80.5% that the winner, Ben Cardin, got.

                        Nah, that's not even a whimper - that's a non-starter that shouldn't have wasted his supporters money.
