        Free speech that incites to violence (e.g., swastikas, confederate flags, Make America Great hats, Trump bumper stickers, whatever conservatives happen to be saying) is hate speech, and should be banned.

          People need to brush up on the law. If my two feet are planted on public property then I can legally photograph or record anything I can see or hear. Note that my subject doesn't necessarily have to be on public property; even if he's on private property, but I can see and/or hear him from a public space then he's fair game. Back in my former life as a TV news photographer, I used to laugh at people who said they would sue me if they saw their image on the air.
