  • German Politician Fined For Telling The Truth..

Coming to a country near you...

A German politician, Marie-Thérèse Kaiser, was recently fined nearly $6,500 for speaking out against the gruesome number of rapes committed against German women by Afghanis as per some recent crime statistics.

A German court decided that Fraulein Kaiser, 27, was guilty of "inciting hatred" for mentioning the high number of sexual attacks committed by Afghani "cultural enhancers," especially gang rapes.

So they are more concerned about hurting rapists feelings than the women they rape?

    Reminds me of this cartoon:

Look at the reaction to old Joe mentioning the killing of Laken Riley. The only outrage that the left could muster was to the duffer accurately describing the killer as an illegal immigrant.

The term "cultural enhancers" sounds like something straight out of George Orwell's 1984.

What is amusing is the way several contributors to this thread took the OP as undisputed fact.

                    https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2...mmigrants.html

Was German politician Marie-Thérèse Kaiser convicted and fined in May 2024 solely for sharing statistics regarding sexual assaults committed by Afghan immigrants? No, that's not true: Kaiser was found guilty of "incitement to hatred" under the German Criminal Code, not merely posting government figures. The law stipulates that individuals who incite hatred against specific groups based on nationality, race, religion or ethnicity, or who assault the dignity of others through insults or defamation may face imprisonment or a fine.

                    The law

Kaiser, a right-leaning Alternative for Germany (AfD) party member, was convicted under Section 130 of the German Criminal Code. That section of the code, found on page 68, is called "volksverhetzung" in German or, in its official English translation, "incitement to hatred."

The law stipulates that individuals who incite hatred against specific groups based on nationality, race, religion or ethnicity, or who assault the dignity of others through insults or defamation, may face imprisonment ranging from three months to five years. Furthermore, those who distribute, display or produce materials inciting hatred or assaulting dignity may face imprisonment for up to three years or a fine.

The German news website Kreiszeitung reported that Kaiser was fined 6,000 euros or about $6,500 for referring to Afghans as rapists on her social media profiles in August 2021. T

Kaiser's comments followed an offer by Hamburg Mayor Peter Tschentscher for the city to take 200 Afghan refugees following the fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban, also in August 2021.

The news reports about Kaiser's conviction did not mention her being sanctioned for sharing statistics.
                    Statistics

The politician did indeed quote statistics on sexual assaults, just as End Wokeness claimed, but it was in a separate social media post, not the one she was convicted for.

I would also point out that the AfD has been in meetings with neo-Nazis. From Der Spiegel July 2023:

                    https://www.spiegel.de/international...4-d7b0a19c3f9a

Officially, the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party wants nothing to do with organized right-wing extremists and neo-Nazis. But reporting by DER SPIEGEL sheds light on connections that are deeper than those previously known.

The organizers long kept the meeting's location secret – the invitation vaguely stated only the region: "The Nienburg (Weser) area" in the state of Lower-Saxony, located between Hannover and Bremen. The guests arrived inconspicuously. Just over 50 people gathered at the Hof Frien, a farm with a restaurant and event center, in nearby Uchte, Lower Saxony, at the end of February to talk about "The Wild 20s."

The invitation to the secretive "strategy meeting" had been issued by the youth wing of the extreme right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) from Lower Saxony. Other members of the youth wing of the party, the Young Alternative (JA) traveled from other states including Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and Hesse to the event.

The deputy head of the Hesse state chapter of the JA, Dominik Asch, who likes to wear a Thorshammer around his neck, a symbol popular with right-wing extremists, gave a lecture on "meta-politics." The subject was how to occupy the pre-political space to shift the discourse to the right. Both the JA and the AfD have been speaking openly about this topic for years, so why all the sudden secrecy?
                    A Classic Neo-Nazi Background

According to DER SPIEGEL's research, there was also a AfD politician present – and another speaker: Peter Steinborn, whose real name is Pierre Dornbrach. He used to be the national head of training for the Young Nationalists (JN), the youth wing of the neo-Nazi National Democratic Party (NPD). He also attended meetings of an organization modeled on the banned neo-Nazi group Heimattreue Deutsche Jugend (HDJ), which translates loosely as German Youth Faithful to the Homeland. He now works as an author and speaker for a think tank that feeds off people and ideas close to the NPD, which recently renamed itself Die Heimat (The Homeland). In other words, a classic neo-Nazi background.

Time and again, the AfD and its youth wing have claimed that they want nothing to do with neo-Nazism and right-wing extremism. Both are taking legal action to try to prevent the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the domestic intelligence agency responsible for monitoring extremism in Germany, from classifying them as "confirmed right-wing extremist" organizations. However, reporting and research by reporters at DER SPIEGEL has now revealed that the AfD is closer to groups of a right-wing extremist or outright neo-Nazi nature than previously known. This once again reveals how far the AfD and JA have moved into right-wing extremist territory.

The rest of both articles may be read by those who are interested.

I would recommend that those who have posted so far in support of Ms Kaiser and commented on her telling the truth take a very good look at who they are actually defending.

Seems strange that none of the information she provided included any reference to statistics for suspects in serious sexual crimes offences at all, much less broken down for ethnicity. The only stats I can find show roughly 37% of such suspects being non German, but I can't find anything official with finer detail.
