It's fracking, not sanctions, that have kneecapped the Russian economy so dependent on oil revenue. Where's the evidence that Clinton would've taken a markedly tougher line than Obama?

What nonsense, Clinton didn't take any crap from the Russians or from Putin specifically, and wasn't affraid to speak her mind about his government and the rigged elections.
