And I would be all for making people wait until they were a bit older to make transgender decisions.... But, the body doesn't wait. Letting them go through puberty without intervention is itself a decision that will affect them for the rest of their life as it substantially reduces any future possibility of achieving a good-looking transition. So there essentially has to be a decision made, at that age, as to whether to go through puberty naturally or not. It's not a case where it's possible to say "let's not make any decision until later" because saying that is itself a decision that has consequences.

No, if the study from Norway was correct like 95% of those who start PBs go onto to full transition. PBs are a pathway to surgery/hormones. And that needs to start at ten or eleven. Are these children really able to give informed consent that leads them on to such a pathway?
