It it seems that donations from the Chinese government to the University of Pennsylvania skyrocketed after Joe opened up the Penn-Biden Center where classified documents were being illegally stored, but I'm sure that's just a coincidence. Oh, and in another startling coincidence, the University of Delaware received millions in "anonymous" donations from the Chinese government after Joe opened the Biden Institute at that school. Emails from Hunter's laptop reveal that these institutions were established to help sell the "Biden brand" and insure "future earnings potential" for the Biden Crime Family, similar to how the Clinton Global Initiative was used to enrich Bill and Hillary.

Oh, and after University of Pennsylvania's windfall from the Chinese government, they appealed to Joe's Department of (Two-Tiered) Justice saying that they should end their investigation into Chinese espionage at American universities. The DOJ said, "Nothin' doin'! Your request has a clear conflict of interest and places you under even more suspicion!"

Just kidding. The DOJ immediately agreed and ended their investigations.
