I could not even tell you who the leaders of Australia or New Zealand are, or anything about their politics. Mainly because I just don't care.

I can understand that someone as ignorant as you are might find it strange that some people are citizens of the world.

Like it or not, the US is the currently the world's only military superpower and is waging multiple wars, and has huge economic destructive capabilities (e.g. 2008 financial crisis). I don't even know what you are referring to with your claim that I think the USA is irrelevant.
