And the racial rhetoric is a key component of both fascism/national socialism and progressivism. Love and loyalty to your people is mandatory for the former and anathema to the latter (if you're white). I can't act like two ideologies with diametrically opposed values are now interchangeable just because they are both authoritarian."As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. When people tire of politics, they often crave for a strongman to cut the Gordian knot of their present circumstances--that this has ended catastrophically for so often has not prevented people from falling back in this error repeatedly and hoping for a secular savior.

"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
Unfortunately, for those of us who do study history and remember the past, we're condemned to watching it repeat because we're a small minority.

Liberalism is a repudiation of nature that appeals to simpletons.
Every once and awhile we have to have a great purge or it would wipe out humanity entirely.Actually YOU put Trump in the White House. He wouldn't have gotten 1% of the vote if it wasn't for the widespread spiritual and cultural devastation caused by progressive policies. There's no "this country" left with your immigration policies, your "allies" are worthless and even more suicidal than you are and democracy is a sick joke that I hope nobody ever thinks about repeating when the current order collapses. - Darth_Executor striking a conciliatory note in Civics 101
