I know in my case that I would love it if liberals came up with substantive, meaty criticisms of Trump instead of the constant whooping and hollering about non-existent Russian collusion, opinion pieces that twist Trump's every utterance into a "lie", and screaming "It's a Constitutional crisis!" everytime Trump so much as looks at someone funny. The reason conservatives are so quick to dismiss liberal arguments against Trump is because that's the only appropriate response to their feather-weight criticisms. For the record, I agree that "constitutional crisis" gets hauled out too often. So too does "treason." So too does "racism." And the list goes on. I could give you my list of why I believe Trump is unfit for office, but I see little point in doing so. History tells me it will be explained/dismissed/denied, or I'll get a stream of whataboutisms, or it will simply be labeled "liberal whining." So I'll content myself with doing what I can to influence those I can to vote against this man and get him out of that office in 2020.
