The prosecutors must really be bored there if they are fighting to charge this guy after a judge dismissed it as not a true threat.
Heck brothers say crap like that to each other all the time. Heck my dad used to tell me he would knock me into next Sunday if I was going to do something he didn't like. He didn't mean it. I might have gotten spanked or grounded.
