Declaring there is "no fraud" is an exercise in trying to prove a negative.

They're a core constituency for Democrats in many elections.

Ah, Philadelphia. Where back in 2000 in one precinct they had something like a 110 to 125% turn out (more voters than people registered to vote) with every one of them, without a single exception, voting for Gore.

You're thinking that's maybe beyond the realm of possibility?

It does strain credulity just a wee bit.

But we don't need voter ID laws

Indiana State Police investigators on Tuesday searched a voter registration agency on Indianapolis' north side as they look into a voter fraud case that spans nine counties.

The investigation began in late August when police learned of the filing of fraudulent voter registration forms in Marion and Hendricks counties.

The investigation has expanded from Marion and Hendricks counties to include Allen, Delaware, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson, Lake and Madison counties, according to a statement from State Police.

Police said the growing number of involved counties leads investigators to believe that the number of fraudulent records might be in the hundreds

Yeah right, according to Laura Ingaham and her conservative site Polizette. They can say whatever they want, and spin it however they want. The fact is these conservative claims have gone through the courts and have always been found to be false or misleading. But go right ahead, believe what you will.

Whoops. The MSN article. Here's the Times Dispatch article:

http://www.richmond.com/news/ap/arti...7598cc744.htmlhttp://bit.ly/2cTlbnv) Rockingham County Commonwealth's Attorney Marsha Garst confirmed in a statement Monday that the unidentified group could be charged with voter registration fraud. The FBI and Harrisonburg Police Department are investigating the case.

Garst says a family member of one of the deceased registrants alerted authorities.

In a statement, Director of Elections Deborah Logan says the case involves "a number" of registration applications.

Officials have declined to release further details into the ongoing investigation.

You're wrong. No surprise here, though.

The only time JimL would admit voter fraud is if they caught Republicans doing it. Funny how all the cases involve democrats though, huh?

I'm sure there are cases involving Republicans as well but they sure do seem to get lost in the sea of instances involving Democrats.

That is an accussation and investigation of registration fraud, not voter fraud, actual in person voter fraud, which is what republican legislators are targeting, is very rare. The purpose of registration fraud is usually done in order to qualify a candidate for the ballot, and it is an illegal action, regardless of Sparkos assertion to the contrary, that republicans are guilty of.

Yeah, because everybody knows that people who break the law to register have NO intention of going ahead and voting.
