  • Dominion machines "intentionally and purposefully designed" to facilitate fraud

From a forensic audit of Dominion voting machines used in Michigan:

We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.

The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.

Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

[…] The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.

[…] It is critical to understand that the Dominion system classifies ballots into two categories, 1) normal ballots and 2) adjudicated ballots. Ballots sent to adjudication can be altered by administrators, and adjudication files can be moved between different Results Tally and Reporting (RTR) terminals with no audit trail of which administrator actually adjudicates (i.e. votes) the ballot batch.

[…] A staggering number of votes required adjudication. This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency or audit trail. Our examination of the server logs indicates that this high error rate was incongruent with patterns from previous years.

The statement attributing these issues to human error is not consistent with the forensic evaluation, which points more correctly to systemic machine and/or software errors. The systemic errors are intentionally designed to create errors in order to push a high volume of ballots to bulk adjudication.

[…] Research is ongoing. However, based on the preliminary results, we conclude that the errors are so significant that they call into question the integrity and legitimacy of the results in the Antrim County 2020 election to the point that the results are not certifiable.

Because the same machines and software are used in 48 other counties in Michigan, this casts doubt on the integrity of the entire election in the state of Michigan.

It not only casts doubt on the integrity of the election in Michigan but in every single state that used these machines in 2020. Of course this isn't news to anybody who has stayed informed. As discussed in another thread, the vice president of Dominion openly admitted in 2016 that allowing easy manipulation of the database using standard tools built into the Windows operating system was a feature, not a bug.

An Initial look shows the analyst at the heart of the report was also part of some other Giuliani side shows. I'll wait to see how it fares under real scrutiny. But it fails a plausibility test out of the gate in that the Georgia vote, hand audit, and recount showed no such anomalies using the same machines.

At least one Georgia county was unable to certify its results because they could not duplicate the machine count:

Coffee County Board of Elections officials sent out a letter last week saying they could not certify its results following a second recount.

In the letter, election officials said they could not certify the electronic recount numbers given its “inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results.”

“Any system, financial, voting, or otherwise, that is not repeatable nor dependable should not be used,” officials wrote in the letter. “To demand certification of patently inaccurate results neither serves the objective of the electoral system nor satisfies the legal obligation to certify the electronic recount.”

Along with the letter, Coffee County elections officials also sent Raffenserger’s office a document that “illuminates that the electronic recount lacks credibility.” Election officials also said that no election board has the ability to “reconcile the anomalies” that are shown in that document.

One wonders how many other counties also discovered inconsistent results but decided to simply not say anything and just rolled with the election night numbers. After all, this is the same state where Democrat poll workers were literally caught in the act of committing fraud. In another instance, an election monitor discovered a nearly 10,000 vote discrepancy in China Joe's favor.

This entire election is a mess, and China Joe's legitimacy can be reasonably called into question.

Given the number of red counties in Georgia, id say not many.

If the voting machines are un predictable and do not deliver accurate results, that would be a game changer. However, you're going to need people a whole lot more credible than Giuliani and his clowns to make that case.

AFAIK, these sorts of accusations have been looked into and found not credible. But it would be easy enough to set up a credible test in a neutral, controlled environment. Though I think that has already been done several times now.

I would add this: the sort of anomalies claimed in your quoted 'study would be way too large to go unnoticed across the nation. For one thing, that amount of built-in Trump bias would show up in massive discrepancies between polling and results. Again, it's so far just not credible

Your willingness to repeat already debunked claims doesn't bode well for your claims that haven't been debunked yet.

ALL the Court decisions involving Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin turned down the Republican Party claims of fraud and faulty voting machines as "without merit nor evidence." This information was available to the courts to make their decisions and rejected it.

I'm still waiting for Mountain Man to say two things. First, that ES&S, who is far larger than Dominion, is also a cause for concern. Second, that the SAFE Act would have addressed these concerns. Until he does I'm forced to wonder if he actually is concerned about electronic voting fraud.

I'll say it: The Safe Act should have been passed. It (or something similar) needs to be submitted again.

If you wish to discuss those things then take it up in your own thread. Let's keep this one focused on the subject that we now have proof that Dominion voting machines are purpose-built to make it easy to commit election fraud.

Although they are rare, you are one of the unfortunate few that are ALWAYS wrong. My advice is to give up something, some dear attachment, and let yourself float away from your echo chamber.

Do you have anything to say about the forensic audit which proves beyond a reasonable doubt "that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results"?

If Americans, in charge of running elections, have decided to count votes using dodgy equipment, that does something other than count the votes, they must be the stupidest people on the planet. I don’t think they are that stupid. It is much more likely that you are mistaken.

And, if forensic audits were available to prove that election machinery failed to count the vote accurately, why did Trump not succeed in his numerous court cases?

I would recommend that machines are not used as long as people have doubts about what they do. A decision to abolish machine counting needs to be taken well in advance of the next election - but machines could still be used to verify the hand count.
