It's simply too early to tell. AND, it comes down to election turnout in battleground states.
Yep, way to early to worry about polls.

They're an indicator, Mr L -- You need to look at trending, not a 'snapshot in time'.
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Wanna try one more time? This time, try "too" instead of "to".

True, but historically candidates receive a bounce after a convention. It is a bad sign for Hillary if she didn't.

I'm always still in trouble again

                Nick:
Perhaps it is. However, the Electoral college advantage held by Democrats gives Hilary a huge advantage. You'd think the fact that Trump is a raging lunatic would also play to her advantage, unfortunately, Trump's base constituency is poorly educated rural hillbillies who agree with his xenophobic rants.

In any case, to the topic at hand, Hilary Clinton emerged relatively unscathed after an 11 hour grilling by Benghazidiots, so I'm sure she'll be able to wipe the floor with Trump. Not that it will matter, of course. Presidential debates haven't had much effect on who wins or looses unless someone makes an "oops" gaffe. Trump, of course, has the advantage of being able to say virtually anything and his supporters either write it off as a "joke," claim it was taken "out of context," or just ignore it. He is essentially, gaffe-proof. A great skill, I have to admit.

                Cheers,

                Nick

It's not a partisan issue, like you want it to be.
Right, it was bipartisan effort for less attention to Hillary vs Jeb debate!!

It's certainly a serious problem that she's avoiding press conferences like Palin was. She was probably hoping the e-mail thing would go away (it won't, ever, like Obama's birth certificate crap). I expect her to have some in the next coming months.

In any case, I like how you completely avoided the Bengazhi grilling that she received for 11 hours. Republicans politicians were certainly harder on her than any press would be (on the whole, they're liberal friendly, after all, right?)

                      Cheers,

                      Nick

Is that suppose to be a good point?? Republican politicans> liberal press is red herring, irrelevant to Trump vs. Hillary. Why? Because for 'hardness on Hillary scale', Trump>>>> Republican politicians > liberal press!!

For Benghazi hearing Hillary was massively booked up and can basically blame lack of sufficient knowledge and others. But for unscripted press conference she runs! And debate with unpredictable no-holds-barred Trump?? She'll be slaughtered!!!

Its way to early to know whether she recieved a bounce or not, although the poll that CP posted indicates a 10 point bounce. But we'll know better this week.

Republicans didn't much discuss issues in the primary debates, just a lot of fear mongering and name calling. Trumps good at that and so won that contest, but i don't think he'll be able to win any debate with that strategy against Clinton. She, won't be playing to his naive base like his republican opponents were forced to do in the primaries and he will be inihilated by Clinton when he actually has to debate the issues.
