Natural Science 301 Guidelines

This is an open forum area for all members for discussions on all issues of science and origins. This area will and does get volatile at times, but we ask that it be kept to a dull roar, and moderators will intervene to keep the peace if necessary.         The headline is misleading... it isn't a black hole that is being proposed, but a kind of acoustic analogue to a black hole. I don't see anything here to trigger a heightened level of skepticism beyond what is routine in science. It looks interesting, but I don't think there's anything Earth shattering here even if the acoustic frequency distributions give a good analogue to Hawking radiation predicted from a real black hole.
