Well, it reminds me of when my daughter was in Junior High, and her algebra teacher had pretty much a whole class of students who were failing algebra. My daughter insisted there was always chaos in the classroom, the teacher wasn't even teaching algebra, and she wanted to transfer.
Not simply taking my daughter's word for it (in fact, to prove her wrong) I went up to the school at the time my daughter was in algebra, and quietly stood outside the door. The class was in total chaos, and the algebra teacher was demonstrating how to put a condom on a cucumber. (I didn't have cell phone a camera back then, but sure which I would have)
I went to the principal's office, where he admitted he had had several other complaints, and told me he'd invite her to his office after the period was over. When she came to the office, and I was allowed to voice my concern, I asked her why she was teaching sex education instead of algebra. In front of the principal (who, she apparently thought would have her back) she boasted "Well, I am a PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR, and you're just a parent!"
Within the week, she was an unemployed "professional educator".
That's the kind of attitude you so frequently display, Star. You seem to think you are the utmost authority on life in America, for example, but you've never lived here, but you've READ stuff.... and pretty much the same with Christianity.
So this "well outside your wheel-house" is a stinking pile of hypocrisy, and part of the reason I really don't trust the "professional scientists" of climate alarmism.
