I wouldn't think this would come from being more oxygenated than before, but what do I know.

Hyperventilation causes too much oxygen in the blood, which throws off the CO2/O2 ratio, which causes lightheadedness. So, the short answer is yes, too much oxygen can cause lightheadedness. But I suspect that's not what's happening here because you'd only feel it whilst using the machine, not during the day. Definitely tell your doctor about it though.

Whatever this was seems to have passed. I think it's been a couple weeks now since I've noticed this dizziness.
