If it weren't for the Resurrection of Jesus, we'd all be in DEEP TROUBLE!

3 For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures --1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (borrowed with gratitude from 37818's sig)

You get some rest, you clearly need it.

Great news John. take it easy. It took me a month or so to recover from my hernia surgery, and yours was much harder.

I Just l last evening recovered sufficiently from a 6-hour surgey to be discharged.

I came home to a computer that had been robbed of ability to send email bcacause a lightening strike, so this is my first chance to communicate online. It has taken me circa 24 hours to acquire the hero I have needed to get back on line. Read "help" instead of "hero"

More later as I may be able to muster xufficient strength.
No need to ask for forgiveness here. Your health comes first and is our primary concern. I'm, and I believe I speak for everyone else here, am just overjoyed that you're doing better.

I'm always still in trouble again

Very, very difficult. I cannot tell that I am gaining any strength from one to the next

My 2008 iMac crashed and burned just before I went in hospital, so I replaced it with the newest model, Which has frozen me out because I lost track of its incessant demand for a user id password "that has not recently been used". I have had Apple tech reps try in vain to help me via phone. The say the only solution l to take the iMac to the Apple Store in Raleigh. But I do not have sufficient strength to do that.

It was by sheer accident that I came across your email above this morning as I am trying to learn haw to use my iPad instead of the iMac. It is extremely tedious for me and I will not be doing any more for a while after I send this.

I'm sorry it's so hard for you. I hope you're feeling better soon.

But I'm glad to hear from you! I'm gonna post your Apple issue in the Computer lab (yeah, I'm being presumptuous but it sounds like you're not feeling up to another few rounds of posting the hard way) and see if they have any ideas. I'll link any good ones here so you can see them without having to search/surf - and don't bother about posting if it's a pain.
