But the Spirit does not buffet without to stumble the believer with false doctrine, it breathes truth within.

Sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't. When one seeks to follow worldly ideology, one in a long list of 'things we understand now that we're modern people', one falls quickly into error; understanding and acceptance of truth is destroyed by willful pursuit of worldly 'wisdom'.
