This appears to be a news article a month later about Benny being "served."
My comments: Benny is a twit, but this whole thing sounds like a grandstanding stunt, a total nose-thumb at 1 Cor. 6:1, and at least a sneer at the spirit of the First Amendment if an "officer of the court" served the papers.
