[I feel silly for asking this, but the two sets of medium go back-and-forth from the window, and the small only from? Or does a small set approach the window, and two sets of medium leave? ]

[Two things: a list of everyone that the kid might have willingly gone off with - along with locating info and physical descriptions and someone backtracking that first set of footprints.]
