  • Happy New Year everyone

Just wanted to stop in and say hi. I am well and happy in my decision to give up forums for the most part. I have been concentrating on my marriage which has been a huge blessing. No church home yet or local ministry but I am confident God will honour my desire to find local needs or something for my talents which was a big part of my decision. My commentary book on Matthew 24 will be out later this year.-self published through Xulon) If you follow me on FB you can be kept up to date. A lot of my social and political views have taken a big shift since my time here - if you follow me on FB I pretty much have drank the Libertarian koolaid as guaranteeing the most freedom for all.

Colorado is wonderful (actually my move here was a huge factor in my changed politics--pot is legal and the world didn't end) Hope everyone is well.

    This is Dee Dee btw

    Same to ya.
Micah 6:8 He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Most hippies still call me a neocon. I seem to have irked most everyone.

More seriously though I did officially change my party affiliation.

Heh, I started out as a libertarian - never as an official affiliation though.

                  Good to see you!

Happy New Year to you too Darth Xena!
"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." ― C.S. Lewis, God in the Dock: Essays on Theology (Making of Modern Theology)
