She asserts that she does not;however, since reality is determined by consensus, I propose putting the question to a vote. If the majority agrees that Jardin does in fact have time to arrange another tweb convention, then she has absolutely no excuse not to do so. If she argues otherwise, then she shows that she is not a believer in democracy.
