    2) We did that already. Only one monitor (the 19 inch) can be changed. I'll try again tonight (I have a Zoom call in a few minutes).

    3) WHAT PART OF UNIVERSAL DO THE USB GUYS NOT GET?!?!?!?! Did USB go woke and not tell anybody? Is there a USBABCXYZ community now?!

I'll take a picture of the back and get back to you this evening...
C is backwards compatible with A and B. So I guess it is Bi.

It's the teeny one that you find on cell phones and laptops mostly.

I know. I'm asking if the option to change the resolution pops up on the second one if you set the refresh rate lower on the one you CAN change.

        Oh, well that's different.

Tried it and the answer is no. My computer really didn't like setting the resolution lower judging from all the warnings.

No, it's bigger than that. It looks like an HDMI and a USB had a kid.

And how about setting the refresh rate lower? Did that work?

It was already on the lowest refresh rate. Changing it didn't work.

That's when the resolution issues started.

I'm kinda leaning to getting a second 27in (still assuming that size not brand mattered) to replace the smaller monitor and see if it that fixes the problem. I'll pull out the tower next week and untangle the cable spaghetti to see what connector is to what monitor.

                Pictures will be involved.
Argh, I keep meaning to do this.
